Terms and Conditions
Payment:
Items will not be sent until payment is received in full.
Delivery:
All orders will be sent via royal mail - first class or recorded delivery. Providing you have ordered by 3pm you should receive your order next day. Some items require special attention and will take approx 7-10 days to deliver - these are clearly marked.
Returns:
If you are unhappy with any item please notify me within 3 days of receipt via email and you will receive a full refund. Postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
Life Coaching:
Payment must be received in full prior to arranging the session. Once payment has been received, I will endevour to contact you on the same day to arrange a convenient time. You have 24 hours from the time of payment to change your mind, in which case your payment will be refunded. I can not refund payments if you miss your allocated session time.
