Prices for Bookkeeping Services
I charge a flat rate for all those in the Complementary Health Trade of £10 per hour.
If you are a self employed therapist working by yourself either from home or a rented room I would expect your accounts to take approx 2-3 hours per month. This would include analysing sales and purchases, processing payments, reconcilling your bank accounts / credit cards, paying wages, working out taxes and giving you a profit and loss report so you know how you and your business are doing.
This means all your bookkeeping can be done for £20 - £30 a month.
For therapists who dont need all of the above the price would be cheaper still! For bigger companies the price would increase.

Location:
I generally collect your receipts, statements etc from you once a month and return them within two days completed. This is done back at my office which is a secure location. Alternatively I can complete your accounts at your office / therapy room / home if you prefer. I bring my own accounting software: Sage along with my laptop to give you professional results.
