On this page Im sharing a few insights into improving the quality of your life - starting right now!

Ok first and foremost....breathe.

Not the normal breathing activity which takes place subconsiously but the big deep gulps of lovely fresh oxyen to restore your mental alertness and revive your concentration. GO on take a big gulp ... no ones looking!

Now... loosen up!

Start with your toes, wiggle wiggle! Flex your ankles, calves, legs and hips til your shimmying in your chair! Now twist your body to the left then right. Lift your arms in the air, wriggle your fingers. Move your head about side to side up and down until all of your body has moved and loosened.

Now... Stretch!

Like with loosening up - concentrate on each part of your body. Stretch it! Wake it up with lovely long languid stretches. Indulge yourself!

 

Hopefully you are feeling all lovely and relaxed right about now and from only 5 minutes work! Its amazing how good it feels, and how little we practise taking five and connecting with our bodies. It feels great - your body is your best friend, give it some TLC.
